About Me
I have a passion for nourishing the systems that impact children's mental wellbeing, their family and education environments.

After qualifying as a therapist in 2016 I worked in the domestic abuse sector for several years, supporting and establishing therapeutic services for children and families. Since 2022 I have grown a clinical supervision and consultancy practice. I am currently undertaking research focussed on wellbeing in education and school improvement as part of a doctorate at The University of East London.

In my therapy and supervision sessions all feelings are welcome. I draw upon a range of theoretical models and tools in order to best meet the needs of my clients and supervisees. I make particular use of mindful self-compassion and creative approaches.
